Do you believe that all that is needed for a person to succeed in life are just his or her hard work, education, brains, knowledge and experience, or do you believe that there is also "a little something more" to it? If your life experiences have made you subscribe to the opinion about "a little something more," then I will tell you, all the people who are successful in any way, have it written in their natal astrological birth charts. This is probably not that surprising to you. But I will also tell you something you probably have not heard yet: Every successful person has it written in his or her astrological chart, or horoscope, which location best suits their dispositions to succeed.
The key to success in life is being at the right place at the right time.
You have heard this many times before. What you probably haven’t heard yet is that there is a way that both the right place and the right time can be calculated for most of us. These calculations are done on astrological principles. What this means is that most of us could improve our chances for success in life just by being in this ”right” place permanently, or by using it in some other way, for example for investment purposes or for setting up a business.
There is also the possibility of decreasing your chances for success in life by being at the ”wrong” place. This is a place where you have dispositions that will ”keep you down," with regards to wealth and success.
”Anyone Can be a Millionaire, but to Become a Billionaire, You need an Astrologer”
J.P. Morgan, Founder of J.P. Morgan & Co., Inc.
Well, J.P. Morgan certainly knew what he was talking about and he also proved it quite sufficiently. But not only was he using astrology for stock market timing and analyses, to become one of the world's wealthiest investors, but he was certainly also at at the right place to do it. He was even lucky enough to not have to move too far -- he was born at that place. It was Irvington, NY. His dispositions to become wealthy were exceptionally strong in New York.
A slightly different story, and a more interesting one from our point of view, is Mr. George Soros. His dispositions to succeed were really not that great at the place of his birth -- Budapest, Hungary. I don’t mean here any political circumstances, but only dispositions to succeed from an astrological point of view. However, when he relocated to New York, a place that is, from an astrological point of view, one of the very best places for him, we all know what success he reached. Or do you think, it was just his brains and hard work?
Get Rich Quick ?
Well, that's not really what I am talking about here. It's not very likely that you will get rich quick and even less likely that it will happen without you working hard for it. Please realize, what I am talking here about are just dispositions and tendencies. Astrology will not make any money for you by itself. You have to do it by yourself and you better be prepared to work hard for it. Astrology is here just to help you to make it.
Maybe you have noticed that there are certain people for whom it doesn't matter what they do, things and circumstances will always work out for them and money will be kind of ”sticking onto them." Then there is another type of person for whom it doesn't matter what they do and how hard they work, they always have a problem succeeding and making money. Most of the time, circumstances will work out differently than what they need, and something unpredictable always happens or they just have bad luck and it prevents them from succeeding and reaching their goals.
The reason for this, to explain it simply, is that we all have this given to us as part of the dispositions we are born with and it can be traced in our natal horoscopes.
The examples I have mentioned above, about people with the disposition to succeed or not to succeed, are just two extremes. Of course, there are people as extreme as these examples but most of us fall somewhere in between these two extremes.
And now comes the big question. Do we have to live with these dispositions, given to us in relation to the time and place of our birth, for the rest of our lives, or could they be changed or modified and can we improve on these dispositions and our chances to succeed in life? The answer is YES, we can do it to a certain degree.
How it works (A little bit of the astrological ”mumbo jumbo,” for those who would like to know more, but I will keep it simple.)

college essays Above there are two horoscopes. The first one is for 1.1. 2000, 00:00 PST, Los Angeles, the other one for 1.1. 2000, 03:00 EST, New York. It means, they are both for the same time but the two different places. You can see right away, they are not the same. When you look closely you will notice that the planets in both horoscopes have the same zodiacal longitude, meaning they are exactly in the same positions. In both horoscopes, Sun is 10 degrees 12 minutes of Capricorn, Moon is 11 degrees 19 minutes of Scorpio, Mercury is 1 degree 38 minutes of Capricorn, Venus is 1 degree 22 minutes of Sagittarius, etc. What is different is that the circles with the zodiacal signs are turned differently compared to the horizontal line, marked Asc on the left hand side and Dsc on the right hand side. This line actually represents a horizon, or where the sun rose and set at the place for which the horoscope was cast. The left hand side, marked Asc, which means Ascendant, points to a certain sign and a degree of that sign. The astrologer would say that the Ascendant in LA was 10 degrees 5 minutes of Libra and in NY it was 14 degrees 26 minutes of Scorpio. Some astrologers would say, this sign and a degree was ”rising,” and that means the same. Due to the 24 hour rotation of the Earth, this Ascendant goes through the whole circle, 360 degrees, in those 24 hours. It also means, it is approx. 2 hours in one sign and approx. 4 minutes in one degree. That's also the reason why it is so important to know the correct time of birth to be able to cast an accurate horoscope of a person.
You can also see, in both horoscopes, one more line or axis, marked MC at the top and IC at the bottom. This line represents Midheaven and Nadir (in Latin, Medium Coeli and Imum Coeli), or a local apparent noon and midnight. That's also something extremely important in astrology, but I will omit discussing it here in more detail, so as not to confuse those who are not experienced in astrology.
The numbers 1 to 12 starting counterclockwise from Asc., show astrological houses, another important cycle of 12 astrological symbols. These houses are actually a physical division of the space above and below our local horizon. As you can see, these houses were falling into different zodiacal signs and the planets were in different houses in those two locations. That's the basis for locational astrology. When you move to a different location from the place of your birth, the position of the planets in the signs of your natal horoscope remains the same but the Asc. and MC axes move. Just to give you an idea how much they move, if you travelled all around the world, these axes would move once through the whole circle. All this means that when you move to a different location, your natal horoscope changes and it also means the dispositions of your life will change somewhat too.
And now comes the most difficult part. Finding out the place where those dispositions are most to your benefit and help you to reach the success you would like to attain. This is what I call the best place for you and this is what I can help you with.
What I actually do
I have to disappoint those who expect that I dance naked under the full moon, reading tea leaves, etc., and then write something like a newspaper ”horoscope." Sorry, what I do is just mathematics and statistics from the astrological point of view.
I specialize in one ”branch” of astrology - Locational Astrology. Clients often ask me if I have developed my own system for this. Well, over the years I have been doing locational astrology, I have studied and tested all the available information on this subject and in my work I use a considerable part of it. Relocation of a natal chart is actually quite ancient. It has been done, usually for the ruling classes, for hundreds of years. But the relatively recent discoveries of Jim Lewis, Steve Cozzi, Michael Erlewine, Edward Jondro, Charles A. Jayne and others have changed the approach to locational astrology considerably. I am also integrating into my work ideas and discoveries of some German and other European astrologers. Aside from these relatively new discoveries I also draw from traditional European astrological sources, but also Arabic, Indian and Chinese astrological and geomantic sources.
I have analyzed a great number of horoscopes of self-made multimillionaires and billionaires. I have to admit that it was especially during these analyses that I made a number of new findings and developed new techniques based on them and, of course, I use them in my work. I also have to say, these analyses are exceptionally interesting work, at least for me. I employ and work with these same influences that assist all successful people.
As an example, I would like to mention Bill Gates. He is also one of those lucky people who were born at the place that could be considered ”the best one” for them, from the point of view of locational astrology. I don't need to tell you that Mr. Gates had to work hard to be where he is today, but it was a very lucky decision, at least for Mr. Gates, to set up Microsoft at this place. I am sure, if he had set it up in a different location, the circumstances would have worked out quite differently for him and definitely not as much to his advantage. Who knows what operating system our computers would be running on these days if that had been the case. Such is the importance and strength of the forces we are subjected to with relation to locality and what difference a good or poor locality can make. Of course, I am not suggesting that when you move to your best location, you will follow in the steps of Bill Gates. Obviously, it's much more complex than that.
I would also like to mention the work of French scientist Michael Gauquelin. He actually started out his work to disprove astrology but he ultimately found out that ”high-achievers” are born when certain planets are in close proximity to one or both already mentioned axes, Asc-Dsc, or MC-IC in the horoscopes of those people. His findings are sufficiently scientifically described and supported.
What is the best place, and is there just one best place, for a person to live?
Not really. Any location on the surface of the Earth will influence a person somehow and will be either better or worse for him compared to the place of his birth. Of course, the question is, what is better of worse? Hours could be spent discussing it. But I like making complicated things simple. Every person has his or her own criteria and priorities that best suit them, and, naturally, these criteria and priorities also change over time. Some people see their best location in terms of their health, for others it is a question of a relationship with their partner or eventually finding a new partner, for others still, it could be a question of their creativity -- and there are a number of other opinions as to what ”best” means. However, the most common opinion about the best location is the location where a person can acquire wealth, achieve personal status and where things will generally work out well for him or her and lucky circumstances will occur.
Astrology could be used for determining any of the above, but I specialize only in the last mentioned case: selecting a location where the best dispositions for a person to acquire wealth and achieve personal status are.
But let's go back to the number of best locations. There are usually several of them and they will affect the person somewhat differently. They also usually have a certain hierarchy. But these locations are spread all around the globe. To put it in the right perspective, consider the following data:
Total Surface Area of the Earth is approx. 196,950,000 square miles, (509,917,870 km2)
Land Area is approx. 57,280,000 square miles, (148,350,000 km2), or approx. 30 % of the Total Surface Area.
Total Surface Area of the USA is 3,619,039 square miles (9,372,587 km2), or approx.1.84 % of the Total Surface Area.
When you look at these numbers, you realize pretty quickly that if you reside in the US and you would like me to find you a best place in the US, it won't really be that simple. As I said, there being several good places for a person, the chance that there will be one in the US is not that great. And if there is one, most likely it will not be New York or LA -- it could just as well be in the Florida Everglades.
But I also previously mentioned a hierarchy of these good places. What might also happen is that one of the very best places for you might be in Siberia or somewhere in Africa and you, most likely, would not consider moving there. In this case, we can still look for the second or third tier, or level, of the best or good places and eventually find one or several of them in the US and in the area you would consider suitable.
There is also something I have to caution you about. If you have a partner or a family, I can look for the best place for one person at a time only, not the family as a whole. However, If I look for the best location for one person in a family, I can also check if this location would possibly have a negative effect on any of the other family members -- provided, of course, you provide me with fairly accurate birth times for each family member. Or course, if your best locality would be in any way negative for any member of your family, I would let you know.
The best places for investment
The fact that astrology has been used successfully over the years as a timing mechanism in financial markets is quite well known. However, what I am talking about here, in regards to investment, is something quite different and not that well known. You have probably already realized that this is about putting people into locations where their dispositions, as showed in their natal charts, are such that they are in favor and support of this person to reach success. But this could be taken a bit further: places can be identified as beneficial or unlucky for investment purposes from the point of view of an individual making an investment. Certain areas just spell bad luck and others good luck for all of us. Of course, these are different for every person. However, most areas are somewhat neutral.
Locational astrology could be also used for selecting the right place for setting up a new business or branch of an existing business. It could be also used for analyzing or identifying the right people for receiving any kind of business financing or people for running a venture in a particular location.
Of course, the correct timing, as set by astrological means, is also extremely beneficial for all of the above.
How far from the best place can the effects still be felt?
It depends on the above mentioned hierarchy of those best or good places. With the very best locations, the strongest effect could be felt in a circle of about 25 miles diameter. The effect could be still felt in a circle of up to 200 miles, but gradually falls off after the initial 25 miles. With places that are lower on a hierarchy ladder, of course, their strength is weaker, but this is very individual. However, it is always best to get as close to the center of the suggested location as possible. I recommend that you find primarily a residence but also the place of your business, or place of employment, or place to invest, in or as close as possible to the center of the suggested locality. Certain rules also apply regarding placing your office with regards to your residence, or vice versa. I advice my clients on this in more detail when this is needed.
How quickly can the results be seen in a new locality?
The more ”rooted” you become in a locality, the better results you will obtain. But don’t expect everything to happen by itself. As I already mentioned, be prepared to do your best. It could actually start to work immediately, or in a few weeks or a few months. It also depends on what else is happening in your horoscope and your dispositions at that time. However, if you do not see any results in 3 years from the time you have moved to a new locality, then I would definitely appreciate you contacting me and I will work with you on solving the problem.
What I need to know to be able do the work
I need to be able to cast a correct natal horoscope of a person. For the casting of a correct horoscope I need the following information: date of birth, place of birth and time of birth. The date and the place of birth is usually no problem. The problem is with the correct time of birth. If you don't know your correct time of birth you can order a copy of your birth certificate on line from www.vitalchek.com. Ask for a long form of the birth record, which is more likely to show your time of birth.
There are other ways the correct time of birth could be established. Astrologers call it ”rectification of a natal chart”. If you would be in need of this procedure, contact me and I will discuss it with you.
